The Marketing &amp; Communications Manager works closely with the Marketing Director and collaborates with digital and social media specialists, hotel teams, and external partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Coordination &amp; Brand Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the central coordination point between the Marketing Director, hotel &amp; restaurant teams, and marketing specialists.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all hotels and restaurants.<\/li>\n<li>Translate group marketing strategy into clear, property-level communication and promotion plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing &amp; Communications Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage the annual and seasonal marketing &amp; communications calendar, including campaigns, launches, events, and key brand moments.<\/li>\n<li>Define key messaging pillars per season, property, and initiative in collaboration with the Marketing Director.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate communication timelines for new openings, renovations, repositioning, and special projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Media, PR &amp; Reputation Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for media, journalists, and PR partners.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and coordinate press releases, media kits, and corporate communications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage press visits, hosted experiences, and media events.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee earned media visibility and brand reputation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate award submissions, industry recognitions, and brand features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content Direction &amp; Storytelling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define content themes and storytelling angles for hotels and restaurants.<\/li>\n<li>Brief digital and social media teams with clear objectives, messaging priorities, and communication goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all content supports commercial objectives across rooms, food &amp; beverage, and events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main marketing liaison for hotel operations and F&amp;B teams.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the creation, updating, and consistency of all operational marketing materials (print and digital).<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and manage marketing requests from properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events &amp; Activations Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the overall events and activations strategy for hotels and restaurants.<\/li>\n<li>Define event concepts, positioning, and guest experience objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee communication and branding before, during, and after events in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Monitoring &amp; Internal Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor marketing and communications activities across campaigns, events, and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate effectiveness and impact in collaboration with the Marketing Director and marketing specialists.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare post-campaign and post-event summaries with insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal communication initiatives related to brand, culture, and key milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5-7 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in marketing and communications, preferably in hospitality, with experience in lifestyle or premium brands also highly valued.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in media relations, content coordination, and multi-brand environments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in\u00a0<strong>English<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across teams and disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Electra Hotels &amp; Resorts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Electra Hotels &amp; Resorts, we combine\u00a0<strong>timeless Greek hospitality with contemporary lifestyle experiences<\/strong>.
